"I ordered the roasted chicken avocado bowl for myself and for my spouse, the steak bagel and bacon and cheddar bagel. My spouse loved the breakfast sandwiches: as for the salad bowl, It was 10/10. Refreshing and delicious. Very fulfilling, so may have to save some for later! Blayne was very nice and gave me ideas of things to do in the area. Highly recommend stopping here!"

"I had the good fortune of trying the Gaucho Food Truck at the Zero Gravity Wine event—what a lively, fresh, and healthy alternative to deep-fried foods! Not that there’s anything wrong with those; they definitely have their moments. I tried the Fig Jam & Bacon Grilled Cheese and the BLAT, both excellent options. If you’re undecided, the sandwiches come with chips or a mesclun salad."

"It's amazing food. I had the house burger for lunch. You can get a salad or chips. It's an oasis alone north Courtenay pkwy. Very tasty burger will come back for some coffee in the morning."

"Everything on the menu here is amazing. Fresh ingredients, unique combinations, and soooo delicious. Recommend the Gaucho bagel special, Gaucho Club, Roasted chicken and avacado, Goat cheese and avacado toast, Med salad. The sandwiches come with chips or a medly salad. All are very yum, thank you Blayne (excellent chef, very friendly)!"

"Blayne is one of the friendliest people I have ever met! Whether you stop for a coffee (Indian River Beans), or you are hungry for a yummy sandwich you will be greeted with a warm smile and a new friend. The Goucho sandwich has a unique spin with homemade pickled onions, but you can't go wrong with any sandwich on the menu. So glad you are parked at the end of Chase Hammock Rd! Can we talk about lunch? I just had a burger and it was by far the best Smash burger ever! It's the little touches, homemade pickles and sauces that make all of Blayne's food special."

He also has a background in the food scene in New York which is evident in flavors and creativity he brings to his food! Worth the stop, drive, you name it. "Absolutely delicious! I stopped by the GAUCHO food truck this morning and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the chorizo & hash tacos and one of the egg and cheese bagels with bacon — and wow, everything was incredible. The food was super flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and honestly some of the best breakfast I’ve had from a food truck. The guy working the truck was just as great — super sweet, really informative about the menu, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell he cares about what he’s serving and about his customers.
